Major Transactions

  • Represented Vandercar Holdings in the 657,000sf lease to Home Depot, and in the subsequent sale of the facility to Prologis
  • Represented Opus in the 428,000sf lease to Dell Computer and in the 282,000sf lease to Humana and an adjacent tenant
  • Represented Worthington Steel in the sale of a 234,000sf building and a 81,000sf building  in 2012
  • Represented Saturday Knight Limited in the lease of 476,000sf in Central Cincinnati
  • In the past 30 years, Dave has represented Exel logistics in more than five million square feet of leases.
  • In the past 10 years, Dave has done more than 40 transactions in representing DHL in Cincinnati, Dayton, Louisville, Bowling Green, and Lexington.
Before becoming an independent broker in 2011, Dave was Senior Vice President and Principal for Colliers International in Cincinnati and one of the founding members of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. In the course of his career, Dave has been involved in more than $1 billion in transaction value with well over 120 industrial sales and hundreds of lease transactions.

Coming into the business with a wealth of industrial experience, Dave is uniquely qualified to address and grasp client needs – because he has been a client.  For 26 years, he had a successful career in the HVAC industry where he held several executive positions with Carrier Air Conditioning Company and Snyder General, owned a California contracting firm, and owned and operated an HVAC wholesale business in Cincinnati.

An avid volunteer in his community, he has been a member of the Commercial Council's Education Committee, Former NAIOP Chapter President, former President of CINDAT, a commercial property data provider,  former Board member and currently congressional Ambassador for the Alzheimer's Association, co-founding member of Disabled Veterans of Iraqi Freedom, long-time supporter of Ohio Brain Injury Association, former Vice Chairman of the West Chester coalition, and former Vice President of the Hi-Crest Lake Owner's Association.
